Cartridges for sediment and particles
Mechanical filtration cartridges help retain sediment, particles, sand and suspended matter. They are generally used as one of the first filtration stages after pre-filtration.
Activated carbon cartridges
Activated carbon can be used as an additional filtration stage to improve certain water characteristics, depending on the substances present and the desired treatment result.
Specific-purpose cartridges
Depending on the results of a water analysis, specific-purpose cartridges can be added to adapt the treatment more precisely to the characteristics of rainwater, spring water, borehole water or well water.
Water analysis helps determine the required filtration
There is no single cartridge combination suitable for every source of spring, borehole or well water. A water analysis helps identify the parameters that need to be taken into account and avoids adding unnecessary or unsuitable filtration stages.
Thanks to modular filter systems, the installation can be adapted over time by adding or replacing cartridges according to the water quality and your needs.
Cartridges, pre-filtration and UV treatment are complementary
Filter cartridges provide filtration according to their technology, while a pre-filter protects the following stages from larger impurities. UV treatment, when required, performs a different function by acting on microorganisms.
