Water filtration

Do you want to filter the water throughout your home, purify drinking water or treat rainwater, spring water or borehole water? Biopur Habitat offers different solutions depending on the source of the water, how it will be used and the level of treatment required.

Filtration and purification do not serve exactly the same purpose. Whole-home filtration is designed to retain particles and certain impurities from the water distributed throughout the property, while a water purifier provides more advanced treatment for water used for drinking and cooking.

Which water filtration solution should you choose?

Filter the water throughout your home

For filtering water as it enters the property and helping protect the installation against sediment, sand, rust and, depending on the cartridges used, certain other impurities. Systems can be configured with one or several filtration stages according to your needs.

Purify drinking water

For obtaining specifically filtered water at the point of use, mainly for drinking and cooking. Water purifiers provide more advanced filtration while remaining compact enough for installation under the sink.

Rainwater / spring water / borehole water

Recovered water or water from a private source requires treatment suited to its quality and intended use. Pre-filtration, filtration, specific cartridges and UV sterilisation can be combined depending on the water analysis and the planned uses.

Filtering and purifying water: different needs

The choice of equipment depends in particular on the source of the water, the required flow rate, the impurities to be treated and the final use of the water. There is therefore no single solution suitable for every situation: filtering mains water, purifying drinking water and treating recovered water each meet different needs.
