The MIN mineralising cartridge is a solution that enriches water with minerals and elements essential for health, such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and small amounts of ions: iron, aluminium, silicon, manganese, zinc and copper.
Why is it necessary to remineralise water?

Even though the bioavailability of minerals in water is low, they are important for the acid-base balance of our body. More and more water specialists and naturopaths recommend installing this type of cartridge after water purification or osmosis.
Water osmosis and purification
Reverse osmosis is a process that removes all components from water. After years of experience and research, many scientists have revised their opinion on the daily consumption of this water. Due to its highly unstable pH and lack of minerals, it has been found to have an overly "flushing" effect on the body.
Osmosis water removes pollutants, but also all the good elements and minerals that are beneficial to health.
Consuming osmosis water is therefore recommended for short periods only and should be considered solely as a treatment.
Just a reminder: plants watered with osmosis water, or fish living in this water, would not survive for long. Therefore, it is not natural water.
Water purification is another technique that is slightly less effective but much more natural. It only removes pollutants and has little effect on the minerals and trace elements in the water. It is a more respectful solution for our bodies, allowing us to consume pure, natural water on a daily basis. In this case, this cartridge will only be necessary if the water you have purified was not initially sufficiently mineralised.
