If a parcel has not been collected within the specified time frame, you have provided the wrong address, or the product has been returned due to a fault when in fact the problem is down to the user… it will be dispatched and returned at your expense, both in terms of postage and the risk of loss or theft.
When we receive a parcel, we have to spend time inspecting it and determining whether or not it is covered by the warranty
. If the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover it, we have to repackage the item and pay the costs associated with the new dispatch.
Courier companies do not work for free and must be paid even if the parcel is returned to you.
These are the reasons why we cannot offer these services, which require us to spend time, use packaging and boxes… at our own expense.
